Welcome! My name is Graham Gerrard and I am the proud owner of High Point Inspections. I am a licensed and registered home inspector in Montana, as well as being a InterNACHI certified professional home inspector and member. I have a respect for all aspects of creating a home, from construction to buying and selling. I previously worked in the construction field, ran a property management company for over a decade and own several properties. Obtaining my Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston gave me the tools to run a successful and growing business. It can be an overwhelming process to buy or sell a home and I am excited to provide you information to help make informed decisions. Prior work experiences, schooling and real estate investing has led me to a career in home inspecting. I pride myself on being detail oriented, a hard worker and honest. I will do everything I can to make this step a pleasant one for each client. My commitment to you is to treat each home as if it were my own. When I’m not working you can find me enjoying one of the many amazing activities Montana has to offer. I love skiing at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky during the winter months. When the snow is gone you can find me on the river, biking, or camping.
